A permit is required from the FPS Mobility and Transport for each haulage which exceeds a length of 16.5 m, is wider than 2,5 m, higher than 4 m or heavier than 44 tonnes. Through the professional collaboration between Marcotrans and the FPS Mobility and Transport, our company has build up an in-depth foreknowledge in the area of legislation and regulations.

In order to make an application for a permit, we require specific information from the client. The below given 3 points form part of the permit application:

1. Letter of Authorization (see appendix)
2. Order Form (see appendix)
3. Heavy goods vehicle - trailer (Certificate of Conformity, Technical data)

The Letter of Authorization and Order Form are at all times an original copy which is duly signed and sent by regular mail to the following address:
